HKSSC Training Center Refund Policy:︰

  1. Refund requests must be processed in person at the center before the course commencement date. Please bring valid identification and proof of payment. After verification, refunds will be issued in cash. All refunds are subject to a 30% administrative fee (rounded to the nearest ten dollars).
  2. Phone requests for leave on the course commencement date will not be accepted as grounds for refunds. Such cases will be handled according to the provisions of Section III below.
  3. Tuition fees are non-refundable after the course commences. However, students are entitled to one complimentary rescheduling opportunity to make up the session on an alternative date. The new date must be arranged in consultation with the center. Any subsequent rescheduling requests will incur a HK$50 handling fee.
